Staying Focussed and Motivated to Achieve Your Goal

Thanks for letting me know what you need help with!

I’d like to help you overcome the challenges standing between you and achieving your goals.

I’ll be letting you know as soon as I’ve developed more resources focused on staying focussed and motivated to achieve your goal.

In the meantime, my immediate recommendation for you is:

  • Utilize page 14 of your SMARTER Goals Guide to compile all the pieces of your plan into one place. Then you’ll be able to refer to it often and keep your intentions top of mind so you don’t lose focus or forget.

  • Writing your goals down daily - or at least reading and reviewing them daily, is going to make a big difference for you. You may also benefit from posting your goals on your fridge, your bathroom mirror or making them into a screensaver on your smartphone or laptop.

  • Check out Mini Lesson #5 on the Power of Connections and strongly consider telling encouraging people about your plans. The Mini Lesson #4: How to Talk Yourself into Doing Anything, could also be helpful for you to review if you find it a challenge to reach out or commit.
