Fear of Failure
(or Fear of Success)
I’d like to help you overcome the challenges standing between you and achieving your goals.
I’ll be letting you know as soon as I’ve developed more resources focused on the fear of failure (or fear of success).
In the meantime, my immediate recommendation for you is:

Check out step 6 in your SMARTER Goals Guide on page 10. All the steps are important, but this one in particular focuses on the emotional consequences of success and failure, that could be particularly helpful for you to focus on.

Changes are disruptive, and so even the act of succeeding can bring with it unexpected stress and anxiety you may be concerned about. Mini Lessons #2 and #3 discuss the stress and anxiety involved in achieving your goals, and could be helpful for you to review.

It’s important that you reassure yourself and tell yourself it will all work out well or that you’ll be ok. All 5 Mini Lessons are a good idea to watch, but Mini Lesson #4 on Talking Yourself into Anything, is particularly advisable for you to watch.
