Choosing What Kind of Goal to Set

Thanks for letting me know what you need help with!

I’d like to help you overcome the challenges standing between you and achieving your goals.

I’ll be letting you know as soon as I’ve developed more resources focused on choosing what kind of goal to set.

In the meantime, my immediate recommendation for you is:

  • Check out page 4 of your SMARTER Goals Guide : “What is Your Goal?”. It’s a good idea to begin with a small and immediate goal, focused on an area of your life where improving would have a positive impact.
  • You could literally choose anything to take aim at, so don’t get paralyzed by indecision. Any good goal is a good goal to have a good go at achieving. But if you fail to choose a goal, the only thing you’ll achieve is letting yourself down!
  • The Getting Started Mini Lesson #1 discusses the Habits involved in achieving your goals. Reviewing the video can help you get your head in the game and off to a good start.
