Anxious about checking your messages - or feeling like you cannot choose to simply wait until later?

Today on the show I use a compulsion to check facebook messages as a learning aid to teach response control following the stimulation of receiving a message. Obviously (but maybe not to some) you can use what you learn here and apply it to other stimuli and situations you'd like to alter your habitual response pattern to.
